Although there are military-related charities in the U.S., there is no specific non-profit organization that honors the distinct service of aircraft maintainers. AMLSF is the first non-profit dedicated to those who have devoted their lives to aviation maintenance.

The application process will be conducted online, and a selection committee will review applications and award scholarships based on a combination of service eligibility and academic merit. ​

Our primary service is to award scholarships to eligible students who are enrolled or plan to enroll as full-time students in accredited institutions. The scholarships can be utilized for tuition, meal plans, and housing at accredited four-year colleges and universities. ​
Scholarship application submission must be received no later than 1 March.
